We work with apartment-owner associations, property managers and joint-activity agreements. The number of stairwells, shared floor area, lifts, grounds and required frequency shape each cleaning plan.
Cleaning Services has won several apartment-building cleaning tenders. We honour that trust by caring for floors, handrails, door handles, lift walls and other frequently touched surfaces. Seasonal work and car-park cleaning are included only when agreed.

Apartment-building care goes beyond stairwell floors. We define the regular and seasonal tasks clearly, including lifts, entrances, grounds and car parks where agreed.

Give the number of buildings and stairwells, shared floor area, lifts, grounds and car-park scope. Tell us the required frequency and the person responsible for coordination.
Frequently asked questions
Can you maintain more than one building?
Yes. We agree the scope with the association or manager for each property.
Is car-park cleaning included automatically?
No. We assess the car park and include it only in the agreed scope.
Do you provide seasonal services?
Yes. Grounds care, snow clearing and other seasonal work can be agreed.
Can we see properties you maintain?
With prior consent, we can arrange references or a visit without publishing client addresses or contact details.
